Veolia Watershed Program

Welcome to the Watershed Recreation Program

Please note the Woodcliff Lake Reservoir has detected an increased amount of algal blooms and is now under an advisory watch by the NJDEP (New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection).  Veolia Water New Jersey plans to treat the reservoir on 8/24 to address this issue.

Although swimming and boating are always prohibited, avoid primary contact and use caution.  Additionally, refrain from ingesting untreated water directly from Woodcliff Lake (this includes people, pets and livestock) and do not consume any fish.

Join us for a season of outdoor adventure and family activities.

Members enjoy fishing at our four reservoirs as well as hiking and bird watching on our trails. Our beautiful properties are located at the Oradell, Woodcliff Lake, Lake Tappan and Lake DeForest reservoirs.

The program opens for the season on April 15 and runs through  November 30.
