Veolia Watershed Recreation Program

Welcome to the Veolia Watershed Recreation Program

Join us for a season of outdoor adventure and family activities.

Members enjoy fishing at our four reservoirs as well as hiking and bird watching on our trails. Our beautiful properties are located at the Oradell, Woodcliff Lake, Lake Tappan and Lake DeForest reservoirs.

The program opens for the season on April 15 and runs through  November 30.

About the Program

Members can enjoy the program with individual or family plan memberships to visit the four reservoirs   located in New Jersey and New York. Other benefits include:

Reservoir Rangers: A fun, interactive program for children  5 to 12 to learn about the fish in the reservoirs, wildlife and plants, and caring for the watershed. Sign up today to receive a welcome kit and gear.

Haworth Environmental Center: Our outdoor classroom in Haworth, NJ is a picturesque spot where guests can learn all about the watershed from featured speakers. Past topics included beekeeping, fishing 101, wildlife, and bird watching. Sign up for upcoming sessions.

Complete the membership application and return it with a copy of your valid photo ID. Once your application is processed, you’ll receive a badge, parking permit, brochure and a gate key.
