About the Treatment Process

Your water is first treated with sodium hypochloride for disinfection. It is then aerated to make the water less aggressive, and treated with lime for pH adjustment. Zinc orthophosphate is used for corrosion control. To further ensure the safety of the water in your home, we monitor it before, during and after the treatment process.
